Having previously bought coloured lenses from you I was delighted to see that you are now doing false eyelashes. Needless to say I knew the quality would be good (judging by the lenses I have had from you) so I took the plunge and ordered some. After getting used to how to apply these I have to say they are just great, and I will be recommending you to all my friends. Keep up the good work and let me know what else you will be doing?

I did think that you might be slightly too high in price on these lashes as I had seen some cheaper ones but I though I would give them a go and I can now see why they are so good. The Silk makes all the difference compared to the cheaper nylon types. The look is so natural I just love them.

Our comment: We have an aim on the website to offer the best products at the really best prices and sometimes we are not the cheapest but we are the best value. We have seen lashes made by MAC and they are charging upwards of £8.00 for a very similar product!!!

Thanks for keeping me informed with your latest e-mail about the new range of False Eye Lashes. You just knew I would not be able to resist ordering them!! I bought Style 1 with the blue lashes and these really highlight my Ocean Blue coloured lenses. I will get a picture of to you next time I have the full make up on and I am ready to kill!!

Are these lashes reusable and how long do they take to come?
Our comment: Yes they are reusable and they come with special glue so can keep applying this to the eyelash time and time again. As long as you are careful and you take them off before going to sleep you should get plenty of wear from each pair.
We post the lashes to you by 1st class post and if you order early enough in the day they are often sent that day. At worst it's the next day. We are in the hands of Royal Mail so it's often down to them.

Do I need to wait for the delivery? I am at work all day and this would be a problem.
Our comment: No you don't provided you have a secure letterbox as the postman can delivery these and they will fit through a standard letterbox. Some of our customers prefer to have them sent to their work address as it's a more secure delivery point.

How do you manage to get these at such a great price are they seconds?
Our comment: That's a bit unfair you know we pride ourselves on offering the best value for money and as we buy such large quantities we can pass on these saving to you. We don't have shop overheads either which really helps.

What do I do if I don't like them when they arrive?
Our comment: Most unlikely this will ever happen. If it does then simply send them back in the envelope and we will give you a full credit. So far we have only ever credited two orders which were late arriving due to a postal dispute but it's no problem. We only want happy customers!!

What's the connection between the coloured contact lens website and the eyelash website?
Our comment: They are both done by the same company and both sets of products are on both sites. It's up to you where you order and from which it makes absolutely no difference to us.
